For those of you who are new to youth sports, it may appear that having a nice place for kids to play football just happens. However, many families, businesses and individuals give freely of their time and money to make our ACYA Football and Cheerleading programs come to life.
ACYA relies on sponsorships and donations to meet our operating expenses and fund our capital improvements. It costs us approximately $150,000 per year to operate our park. Our registration fees only cover approximately 40% of these expenses. In addition to meeting our operating expenses, our program must also raise money to fund all of the capital improvements to our facilities.
Thanks for everyone who donated their time and money last season. With over 500 boys and girls participating in the program, we had an incredibly successful season last year. Two of our Division I Traveling Teams were crowned NMFL League Champions. Your support to these kids and the park is greatly appreciated and needed! We are continuing to invest in the park facilities by planning to renovate Mustang Field with new bleachers, fencing and sod on the field. We are also looking to paint the grandstands on Colt Field. With your help, we can have the finest football and
cheerleading facility in our area.
